Licensed Veterinary Technician

Tina Purdie has been a Licensed Veterinary Technician for 23 years. She graduated from Pierce College with an AA in Veterinary Technology in 2000. Her strengths in veterinary medicine lie in dentistry, client communication, and working with hesitant patients. She and her carpenter husband of 26 years are raising 4 kids and their niece. The also provide a home to many “need a home” pets: 2 dogs, 4 cats, 2 veiled chameleons, a leopard gecko, 4 tarantulas, a parakeet, a Guinea pig, an Asian Forest Scorpion, numerous tropical fish and 9 Blue Death Feigning Beetles. Tina enjoys all species of creatures but really has a heart for pit bulls and dachshunds! In her spare time Tina likes spending time with her large family, hanging out with her kids or trying to sneak another creature into her family home.
